After beating the Scorchers, the Sixers are now closer to a top two finish. They are in great form too especially after beating a side that is on the top of the table. The upcoming game though is very important for the Strikers. Standing at fourth place with ten points, the Strikers are still in a good position but a win here will cement their place in the top four allowing them some breathing space.

The Weather at Coffs Harbour is pretty good for the upcoming game.
A flat track at Coffs Harbour is expected and batting second will be a better option.

Matt Short is in an impressive run of form. He is batting with some intent and making a lot of magic happen with his aggressive batting, giving the Strikers some hope as he is out in the middle.
Steve Smith got a decent start this BBL and is pretty aggressive in his approach too. His batting looks good at the top and Sydney will be pleased with his results to start with.
