Pant’s flamboyant shots, like a reverse scoop, showcased his skill. His batting also took some pressure off Fraser-McGurk, who later smashed three consecutive sixes off Marcus Stoinis.

Kuldeep Yadav becomes the man of the match

Kuldeep Yadav, making a comeback after an injury, bowled brilliantly, taking three wickets without conceding any boundaries. Overall, it was a satisfying win for Delhi Capitals, with both their batting and bowling departments delivering strong performances.

In the innings for Delhi Capitals, Prithvi Shaw and David Warner took charge as the opening pair. Shaw started the innings aggressively, smashing two boundaries in quick succession, but his promising start was cut short when he got out after scoring 32 runs, missing out on the chance for a bigger score.
