The Punjab Kings vs Kolkata Knight Riders (PBKS vs KKR) match will be played in the 31st match of the IPL 2025. Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium (Mullanpur) will host it on Tuesday evening (April 15).

Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders are in the fifth position in the IPL 2025 points table after six matches, while Punjab Kings are in the sixth place in the same points table after playing five matches. Both teams have earned six points each after KKR recorded three wins and three losses, and PBKS recorded three wins and two losses. 

Punjab Kings' bowlers have struggled this season, while Lockie Ferguson's absence for the remainder of the tournament will hurt them more. Some of their batters have impressed, including the top two names, captain Shreyas Iyer and opener Priyansh Arya. 

Kolkata Knight Riders' batting is a major concern, especially their starts. Also, their bowling needs more support.
