Shaheen Afridi, a fast bowler from Pakistan, has not been playing cricket recently, but he is keeping an eye on the T20 World Cup in Australia. Pakistan’s ability to express themselves on the cricket field has been hindered by Shaheen’s injury. Shaheen has issued a warning to rival teams and their supporters just days before the T20 World Cup 2022 begins.
Shaheen shared a picture of himself dressed casually on Twitter. However, his caption for the picture was what drew the most attention from fans.Shaheen penned: “Calm before the storm.”
His current mental state is perfectly summed up in the tweet’s four words.
Afridi is in Pakistan’s T20 World Cup team, but it’s possible that he won’t be 100% fit. Before allowing the pacer to return to the 22-yard line, the Pakistan team management is waiting for the pacer to regain full fitness.
On Friday, Pakistan begin a tri-series against Bangladesh and New Zealand, with the Bangla Tigers serving as the opening opponent.Afridi is a member of Pakistan’s team. However, it has not yet been determined whether or not he will be included in the playing XI.
Shaheen must once again perform at his best for Babar Azam & Co.The absence of the left-arm speedster was a major factor in Pakistan’s failures in the Asia Cup and T20Is against England. But the management of the team needs to be careful when considering his case because they don’t want the star pacer to get hurt again so close to the T20 World Cup.
