While India are busy in the last group stage match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 against New Zealand at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the Indian cricketers' wives were seen in the venue.
During the Group A match India vs New Zealand on Sunday (March 2), Indian skipper Rohit Sharma's wife Ritika Sajdeh was seen with their newborn child Ahaan. Meanwhile, the Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma, the wife of the former Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who was playing his 300th ODI match on Sunday, was also seen in the venue. During the match, Anushka was captured when she was meeting Ahaan.

Rohit-Ritika has two children. While Samaira was born in December 2018, Ahaan was born last November, when India were travelling to Australia for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Due to his parental leave, the Indian skipper missed the first Test of that five-match away Test series.

Coming back to the last group stage match in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the match was only for finalising the Group A points table. While both teams already secured their places for the Semi-finals of the tournament, the winners of the game will face Group B runners-up Australia, and the losers of the match will face Group B champions South Africa. India will play the first Semi-final in Dubai on Tuesday (March 4), and New Zealand will have the Semi-final fixture in Lahore on Wednesday (March 5).
If India reach the Final, the trophy-decider game will be played in Dubai on the next Sunday (March 9). However, if India fail to reach the Final, Lahore will host the Final on March 9.
