The Champions Trophy is just 21 days away and the excitement for this tournament is at its peak. Champions Trophy 2025 starts from February 19 to March 9. This time the tournament is hosted by Pakistan and Dubai.
Team Australia has geared up for this event and they have announced their Championship Trophy squad on January 13.

The Champions Trophy tournament consists of the top 8 Icc-ranked teams. These 8 teams are separated into 2 groups A and B. Australia are placed into B group along with South Africa, Afghanistan, and England which is considered as the most challenging group

Australian team consists of that firepower which can come as favourites in the championship. It's been a 15-year-long gap where they have won the Champions Trophy. In the squad, Pat Cummins was once again named as the captain of the team who have won the World Cup 2023 in India and the recent BGT series win after 10 long years. Pat Cummins recently had an ankle injury playing the BGT series which was subject to case whether he will be part of the Champions Trophy or not. But the inclusion of his name has ended the speculation.
