IPL 18 edition is getting bigger and better how the aura of the league has grown in these years the competition between the teams has became broader starting with 8 8-team league now it has reached to 10 teams. The extraction and the enlargement of the league has allowed ample of players to shine and showcase their talent. This time BCCI have come up with a different plan to make things more special. 

Stepping before the edition it all started with an auction where players were auctioned in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Few young players were bought by the IPL teams example Vaibhav Suryavanshi who is just 13 years of age even in this auction we saw the players bought at most highest prices whom are Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer who were bought by Lucknow Super Giants and Punjab kings.

IPL Venues to host star-studded programs

BCCI have come up with different plans every season whereas last year local talents and star-studded programs were organized by the board. It was a clear indication that local talents too can be promoted this was a great initiative by them. It was deemed that lots of people enjoyed last year's opening ceremony and last year's few matches were just quite awesome ones which just preceeded the benchmark and every passing season a new benchmark has been created. 

This year too BCCI have come up with a unique idea that has distilled the fans in full excitement. BCCI has decided that all 13 venues will be hosting the opening ceremony on the opening game of the venue, which is quietly a great initiative that gives importance to every venue that it has been valued for now Kolkata venue opening ceremony has been finalised where within few days other venues star-studded list will be published soon but the stars have been finalised.

More stars, More action and more game

Kolkata will be hosting the grand opening ceremony as they were the champions of last season and stars like Disha Patni, Shreya Ghosal, and Karan Auljha will be performing and highlighting the show even BCCI has released a special poster featuring Disha Patani in it, it has created a huge buzz in Kolkata.

BCCI has enrolled a few other stars too where likes of Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Triptii Dimri, Ananya Panday, Madhuri Dixit, Janhvi Kapoor, etc. are all expected to play a role at some point in time to join the campaign.
