Gujarat Titans appointed a new captain, Shubman Gill, in the 2024 IPL after Hardik Pandya's exclusion from their side. Shubman Gill, leading the side for the first time in the 2024 IPL season, did not go well as they placed 8th.
After a disappointing performance of the team under Shubman Gill's leadership last year, he is once again appointed as captain for this year's IPL.
