Incredible scenes in Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan. At the age of only 14 years, Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored one of the fastest hundreds in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). With the innings of Suryavanshi, Rajasthan Royals' (RR) dream to qualify for the play-offs round is still alive. Netizens were stunned to witness such rare, enormous, unforgettable innings.

Gujarat Titans scored 209 runs in 20 overs, losing only 4 wickets. The total was enough to fight against any team on the planet. But the young openers of Rajasthan Royals— Yashasvi Jaiswal and especially Vaibhav Suryavanshi—had different thoughts. They started to swing their blades mercilessly from the beginning of the second inning.

One of the most notable moments of RR vs. GT came when a 14-year-old batter confronted 36-year-old bowler Ishant Sharma. The batter from Bihar hammered 27 runs in an Ishant Sharma over. Vaibhav started off the over with a couple of over boundaries followed by a boundary, a dot ball in the middle, and then again a six and a four.

In another over, this time the bowler from the bowler was Karim Zanat, a total 30 runs from his over. Vaibhav Suryavanshi's destructive innings came to an end in 11.5 overs by Prasidh Krishna, when Rajasthan Royals' score was 166, with 9 wickets in hand. The target of over 200, set by Gujarat Titans, was chased down before the conclusion of 16 overs.

Suryavanshi scored 101 by facing just 38 balls; 11 of those deliveries he faced went for maximum and 7 for boundary, with a strike rate of 265.79.
