The Trinbago Knight Riders have announced the signing of England’s Jason Roy and Australia’s Tim David for the upcoming CPL 2024, as confirmed alongside their retention list on Monday (June 10).

Tim David, who previously played for the St Lucia Kings in the competition, joins the Knight Riders, while Jason Roy, who was initially part of the Knight Riders’ IPL franchise KKR for IPL 2024 before withdrawing prior to the season, also joins the team.

Additionally, TKR has secured Afghanistan spinner Waqar Salamkheil, Ireland left-arm seamer Josh Little, and USA international Ali Khan, who will be returning for another season.

The franchise has retained much of the core domestic talent that helped propel them to the 2023 finale, including Andre Russell, Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, and Nicholas Pooran. With 15 players confirmed, the Trinbago Knight Riders will complete their roster by filling the remaining two slots at the draft in July.
