He is only a 14-year-old boy and now ready to make his IPL debut. Rajasthan Royals lock horns with Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2025, match 36. Royals was ready to participate in the game under their regular skipper, Sanju Samson. But due to an unfortunate event, Samson has been ruled out of the match, and Riyan Parag has been appointed again as RR's stopgap captain. Sanju's injury is definitely a shocking update for Rajasthan Royals as well as Indian cricket fans, but cricket enthusiasts were more surprised when they heard that a 14-year-old boy was set to replace the injured Samson.

The 14-year-old boy, named Vaibhav Suryavanshi, has already encrypted his name in the history of the IPL record book as the youngest player ever to become a part of this high-profile league. Most of the cricket fans are praising Vaibhav for his achievement at such a young age. But, like a coin with both sides, social media also has both sides— positive and negative.

While many cricket followers are expressing feelings with warm words, there are a few, on the other hand, who think that there might be something wrong. Some people are not yet ready to believe how a 14-year-old boy can participate in an IPL match.
