The second Test between India vs Bangladesh has been taking place at Green Park in Kanpur. The Test match started on the 27th where India won the toss and decided to bowl first as well. However, India are playing with an unchanged lineup whereas Bangladesh made two changes with Khaled Ahmed and Taijul Islam joining the playing XI. The match was delayed due to a wet outfield. However, during the game, a Bangladesh fan was attacked by Indian fans.

Recently, a video became viral where it was seen that a Bangladesh fan, named Robi sharing the incident. He can be seen saying that Indian fans attacked him and also snatched the flag from him as well. Later on, the police took him to the hospital.

First time in 60 years, the team opted to bowl first in Kanpur

As far as the game is concerned, this is the first time in 60 years and in 24 matches, a team has decided to bowl first in Kanpur after having won the toss. The first one came against England. Notably, the hosts India are currently leading the two-match series 1-0 as well where they won by 280 runs. However, this is also the first time since 2015 that an Indian skipper chose to bowl first in a home Test after former India captain Virat Kohli had asked South Africa to bat first in Bengaluru as well.
