IPL 2025 match 14 played between Gujarat Titans vs Royal Challengers Banglore is won by Gujarat Titans beating Banglore in their own home ground in Chinnaswamy stadium. Gujarat Titans captain Subhman Gill won the toss and elected to field first, Banglore was back to their home ground after back-to-back wins.
But it didn't well for Banglore who lost their wickets in regular intervals and scored 169 runs with the loss of 8 wickets Gujarat Titans were in chase mode where they chased the target in 18 overs with the loss of 2 wickets.
RCB had a great season start when they played their opening encounter against Champions Kolkata Rajat Patidar the new RCB captain won the toss and elected to field first and Kolkata were restricted to a 170 score and it was chased down by RCB batters with great ease.RCB won their second game against Chennai Super Kings and made it two on two. Here Gujarat lost their first match against Punjab Kings, though they got them back by beating Mumbai Indians.

Banglore With Poor Start
It was Banglore's first home match where they were facing inform Gujarat Team. Subhman Gill won the toss and elected to field first. RCB with a great batting line started with Virat Kohli and Phil Salt there were few boundaries by Salt against Siraj where he sloged a six and four but Miyan was back with a banger ball departing Salt for 15. Then his partner Virat Kohli too couldn't able to contribute more and was removed by Arshad Khan. Then came Padikal who hit Siraj for a four but at the very next ball he too got bowled by him. Back then Rajat Patidar the captain of RCB was removed by Ishant Sharma.
Under the score of 100 RCB lost half of their side including Jitesh Sharma who looked good but couldn't contribute more. But Liam Livingston the England man countered Gujarat's bowling attack and started exploding sixes and fours he was the one in the RCB unit who scored the half-century and in the end,, it was Tim David who ended the proceedings like he did in his previous game against CSK. Banglore posted a total of 169 runs with the loss of eight wickets.

Butler Magic Wins the Game
Gujarat Titans started their chase with captain Gill and Sai Sudharshan on the crease. But the ball had a lot of swing in the second over it was not easy for the chase where a waiting opportunity was required. Though Gill had other plans he started the proceedings for the chase but couldn't hold much when he was dismissed by Bhuvneshwar Kumar his partner Sai Sudharshan played a composed innings with Jos Bultler supporting at the other end.
Sai Sudharshan played a composed innings of 49 runs where too had to lose his wicket but he did his job well. Next to it was Sherfane Rutherford who partnered with Butler. Butler went on to score well made 50 but after that, he was in charge where he scored 73 runs well supported by Rutherford who was impressed by his hard-hitting-hitting finished the game in style giving Gujarat their second win in the IPL whereas it is the first loss for the host RCB too and a tuff game where at the end Patidar agreed they were 30 runs short to the game. With this win, Gujarat has jumped to the fourth position behind RCB who are better in run rate than them.
