ICC Rankings: Kane Williamson and Mitchell Starc in the top three

With his 215 in the second Test against Sri Lanka, Kane Williamson has moved up four spots to No. 2nd among Test batters in the ICC rankings, behind Marnus Labuschagne.

Shai Hope and Mushfiqur Rahim advanced among batters after scoring centuries in the previous week.
