Craze of the Indian Premier League at its peak. Cricket fans often compared their favorite IPL stars with Marvel characters. There were lots of articles and videos on the internet comparing cricketers with magnificent Marvel characters. But do you ever think, which team perfectly justifies a Marvel superhero?

1. Captain America and Chennai Super Kings

Let's start with Captain America. Which IPL perfectly signifies Captain America? A classic attire, with a shield, which is especially technological, looks like a muscular human being at first, but when needed the most, Captain America is ready to serve his people. When we think about this Marvel character, we can also think about MS Dhoni, another captain, Captain Cool. In this article we're comparing IPL teams with Marvel characters, so how about comparing Chennai Super Kings (CSK) with Captain America? CSK often contains several senior cricketers with lots of experience and multiple game changers, and sometimes they can produce superhuman performances like Captain America can do— fighting on the battleground with much war experience and, at last, remaining victorious.

2. Iron Man and Mumbai Indians

Now if we talked about Captain America, then obviously Iron Man is waiting next door. With red and gold armor, probably the best in terms of technology and tools, and methodical fighting techniques, the ability to make presumptions makes Iron Man unique in many ways. Mumbai Indians, house of Rohit Sharma, with a dedicated fan base, is an absolute powerhouse. Each and every season, RCB lined up with explosive and experienced batters, which proved enough to destroy opponents.

3. Hulk and Kolkata Knight Riders

Which kind of words first struck your mind if you think about Hulk and KKR? Perhaps unpredictable monsters, unstoppable in their own days. Like Hulk, Knight Riders is also unpredictable on the field; they can score 200 or even collapse with only 100 total runs. With this unpredictable character and a possible power generator inside their core, make both unstoppable in their top days.

4. Rajasthan Royals and Black Panther

RR and Black Panther both have unique fighting styles and a glorious past, now far away from their dynasty. Rajasthan Royals, once the best team in IPL (IPL 2008), now is trying to regroup their squad and set the tone perfectly for a winning melody. On the other hand, Black Panther, Wakanda's hero, is living with a wonderful past and hoping for something special in the near future.

5. Thor and Gujarat Titans

A prince, fighting with ethics, equipped with out-of-this-world superpowers, and scratches in personal memory. Trading Hardik Pandya from Gujarat Titans to Mumbai Indians was a controversial chapter in the IPL. Now the team Gujarat Titans, led by Shubman Gill, is trying to regain their legacy. In their prime, like Thor, no other earthly team can stop GT. With their star-studded batting lineup, the Titans can hammer any team, any day.

6. Wolverine and Sunrisers Hyderabad

With dashing, stylish, and unique combat skills, Wolverine struggles to maintain his cool. But his healing power makes him unique in his own ways. Sunrisers Hyderabad also has a dashing-looking squad on pen and paper, but their temperament on the field sometimes makes them vulnerable. But no one can eliminate before a hard battle. SRH can fall, but surely, it will rise again.

7. Doctor Strange and Punjab Kings

With a questionable approach, Doctor Strange is positioned between a superhero and a villain with superpowers. Punjab Kings, with a solid squad, are so far struggling to maintain their momentum and have yet to find their destiny. With all guns out, PBKS can demolish any of their opponents within the blink of an eye.

8. Hawkeye and Lucknow Super Giants

Hawkeye frequently struggles to maintain his personal and superhero persona and has to deal with his emotions, which sometimes offer him a vulnerable character in front of opponents. LSG, on the other hand, has all the tools to become a top team in the IPL, but they had some off-the-field moments, which could have resulted in their on-field performance.

9. Spider-Man and Delhi Capitals

Spider-Man is widely recognized as a selfless persona, always intending to do something useful for common human beings. But some of his decisions and character development secure a separate place for criticism. But at the end, he somehow can make it. When Delhi Capitals announced Axar Patel as their captain, it produced some criticism for their decision. But so far, they are moving successfully with an exciting character on the ground like Spider-Man.

10. Daredevil and Royal Challengers Bengaluru

Arguably two of the most unlucky names. Daredevil, with a trauma-filled past, always struggles to find their rhythm. He is a character between good and bad. With a will to overcome all sorts of negativity, the Marvel character wants to drive his soul for a holy cause. RCB, despite all potential to become an IPL champion, somehow never managed to do it. Probably RCB is the unluckiest side in the tournament. This season they are going well but have to do more to change their fate.
