IPL 2023: MI’s Jofra Archer ruled out with injury, Chris Jordan set to replace

Due to an injury, Mumbai Indians star pacer Jofra Archer will miss the remainder of the Indian Premier League 2023. The Mumbai Indians have confirmed Jofra Archer’s departure and stated that the English Cricket Board (ECB) will monitor the pacer’s recovery

Due to injury, Archer has missed numerous England matches over the past two years. The last time he played in a Test match was in February 2021. Archer is likely to be included in England’s squad for the 2023 Ashes, which begin on June 16 in Birmingham. On June 1, England will also play a one-time Test against Ireland at Lord’s, but it will be too soon for Archer to play again.
