The match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) played in the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) 2025 season on 30th March was really enjoyable. A forceful seven-wicket victory was the winning result for DC over SRH at the Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.

Nevertheless, SRH's attempt to post a huge score was thwarted by the bowlers of DC, courtesy of Mitchell Starc's 5 wickets taken for 35 runs (5/35) and 3 wickets from Kuldeep Yadav (3/22).

Delhi Capitals Innings:

Delhi Capitals easily overhauled an SRH total of 163. The DC openers were outstanding and laid a solid foundation for the chase. Faf du Plessis played out a very calm 50 off 36 balls, and Jake Fraser-McGurk followed that up with a solid 38. In the end, Abishek Porel was not out at 34 runs off 12 balls, and DC had got 166/3 in only 16 overs, which was a victory that they took with four overs to spare.
