Kolkata Knight Riders(KKR) will play against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the twenty-first match of IPL 2025 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. KKR won the title last season, while LSG missed out on the playoffs.

Impact Players: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)

Angkrish Raghuvanshi: A promising youngster who is showing an impact when batting second. He played this role the most for KKR's last IPL season, scoring 163 runs in 10 matches. Last time he played against SRH, he scored 50 in 32 balls.

Manish Pandey: A dependable batter who can come in as an impact player if KKR loses early wickets while batting first. In the twelfth match against MI in IPL 2025 in a crucial situation he played very calmly and scored valuable 19 runs in 14 balls.

Mayank Markande: A leg-spinner who can be used as an impact player in the second innings if the team needs a spin.

Vaibhav Arora: A pacer who swings the ball and can be brought in as an impact in the second innings if the pitch helps fast bowlers. Against SRH, he bowled crucial powerplay overs but the ball didn't swing in that pitch. In that match, he bowled four overs and took three wicket an economy of 7.25.

Impact Players: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG)

Mitchell Marsh: A promising all-rounder who can come in if LSG loses early wickets in the first innings. Last time he played against MI, he scored 60 in 30 balls.

Prince Yadav: A bowling all-rounder with 11 wickets in 8 T20 matches. He can be useful for a strong finish in the first innings or as an extra bowling option in the second. In the last match against SRH, he bowled 4 overs conceding 34 runs with one wicket.

Matthew Breetzke: In great form after a strong SA20 season with Durban Super Giants, he can be a handy overseas batting option in the second innings if needed.

Abdul Samad: A powerful hitter who did well for SRH last season. His powerful hitting helps the second innings if batting conditions are good. Last time he played against PBKS, he scored 27 runs in 12 balls. Last time he played against MI, he scored 4 in 2 balls.
