Mumbai Indian's situation is really dreadful in this IPL 2025 season where they have only tasted one win out of 4 matches, their chances to be in the league are getting thinner and thinner. They have to win this game which is a must-win game for them. MI had been a prominent team these many years which enlarged the team's integrity and prosperity. But now they are drenched in their path and dew, to their own mistakes they are facing, such a downfall.
Last year MI finished 7 in the table and they did not reach the playoff itself, This season they decided to turn things off and bought a few of the new players. But their season start was very dreadful when they faced Chennai Super Kings(CSK) in Chepauk. CSk captain Ruturaj won the toss and elected to field first and MI started their batting which depicted a batting collapse.

MI won the toss and elected to field first where they just finished KKR in 116 runs and finished the match within 16 overs with only losing two wickets which determined the comeback of Mumbai Indians,  but it didn't seem to be what others thought.
