The 26th match of the IPL 2025 has been scheduled for Lucknow Super Giants vs Gujarat Titans (LSG vs GT). Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium (Lucknow) will host on Saturday afternoon (April 12).
Both teams will play their sixth game of the season. Gujarat Titans are the IPL 2025 points table toppers with eight points after five matches. Apart from losing their season opener by 11 runs against Punjab Kings, the IPL 2022 champions Titans dominantly won their next four matches against Mumbai Indians (by 36 runs), Royal Challengers Bengaluru (by 8 wickets), SunRisers Hyderabad (by 7 wickets), and Rajasthan Royals (by 58 runs).
Meanwhile, Lucknow Super Giants are in the sixth position in the points table with six points after five matches, including three wins and two losses. While they lost by one wicket against Delhi Capitals and eight wickets against Punjab Kings, they beat SunRisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians, and the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders by five wickets, 12 runs, and four runs, respectively.

Both teams are in form and unlikely to make any big changes in their squad for the upcoming match. However, Washington Sundar can be an option in the Gujarat Titans squad, especially when Lucknow hasn’t produced much pace-bowling-supporting pitches. All-rounder Sundar adds crucial depth in the batting.
