IPL 2025 match 20 is going to be played between Royal Challengers Banglore (RCB) vs Mumbai Indians (MI) at Wankhede Stadium which is going to be an exciting encounter between these teams. RCB lost their first match in their own backyard at Chinnaswamy Stadium. RCB started their campaign with the opening match of the IPL season against Chamipon KKR who were hosting them. RCB before IPL announced Rajat Patidar will be their captain for this season.
In their first match itself, it was looking all, set for RCB their captain won the toss and elected to the field where KKR scored 174 runs with the loss of 8 wickets, RCB chased down the target and registered their first win in the league and KKR lost their first match in their home ground. RCB's second match was against mighty CSK at their home ground. It was really an important match for them because they hadn't won any match in Chepauk after 2008, but Patidar and co desired to break their losing streak at Chepauk. CSK won the toss and elected to bowl first, and RCB were on the right track with batting first. They scored a total of 196 with the loss of 7 wickets, and in the end, CSK failed to chase the big target, which depicted RCB's second win in the league
They just didn't win the match but ended the long losing streak in Chepauk.
But it was a speed breaker after their two wins, when RCB reached their home ground after two gigantic wins where fans welcomed their team with great enthusiasm they were hosting Gujarat Titans(GT), where GT won the toss and elected to field first and RCB had the highest chance to score big runs and give a treat to their fans but it turned out to be GT favour where former RCB player Mohammad Siraj dismantled RCB batting line up where they tend to score only 169 runs with the loss of 8 wickets.
In reply, GT won the match within 18 overs by only losing 2, which emphasised RCB's first loss in the league. RCB are going to face a struggling MI team at their home ground who has won only one game, losing out three games. Both teams are coming with a loss but if you look at their head-to-head matchup uI has won 19 games, and RCB has won 14 games, but the current form states that RCB are current favorite to win the game.
