In the recent past, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) seldom looked confident enough on the field to be an IPL champion. This year, the scenario is different. With the leadership of Rajat Patidar, RCB looks solid enough for a possible title shot. Performance on the field can have some impact off the field also.
RCB, now third in the points table after playing 6, is now experiencing an elated vibe from all corners of the dressing. In a video shared by Royal Challengers Bengaluru on social media, we can see a prank applied on Virat Kohli.
The plan to put Virat on complications was mainly planned by his teammate Tim David. David took a bat out from Kohli's bag and put it into his own kit. When Virat came back into the dressing room and checked his bag, he found that a bat was missing. Then he started to search for his lost item. In the video, we can hear Virat saying, "I counted my bats yesterday; it was seven. It's six now."
During the absence of former 'Captain Hot,' David on camera said, "I want to see how long it will take Virat to realize we have taken one of his bats." Virat did take very little time to realize that one of his bats was not in his kit bag.
Soon Kohli finds his bat in Tim David's kit, lying safe on a transparent cover. The entire room burst out in laughter witnessing this whole prank. Virat, at the end, said, "Sabko pata tha na (Everyone knew about it. Right?)"

Yesterday RCB won over Rajasthan Royals in an away match. It was a close encounter between these two teams. But Bengaluru was the better performer, better than Rajasthan. RCB's next match is scheduled for April 18, against Punjab Kings at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
