The 25th match of IPL 2025 was played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders. In this match, Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Chennai Super Kings by 8 wickets and registered their third win of this season. And this is the fifth consecutive defeat of Chennai Super Kings this season. It had never happened before that Chennai Super Kings lost five matches in a row.
