Quinton de Kock MI: South African veteran wicketkeeper and batter Quinton de Kock is set to reunite with the MI franchise almost after 4 years. The T20 specialist will join MI franchise's NY setup for the upcoming season. The inclusion of de Kock will make MI New York more stable than ever, as they already have an experienced and star-studded core team with Kieron Pollard, Nicholas Pooran, Trent Boult, and Rashid Khan.

The 32-year-old de Kock will be joined by Azmatullah Omerzai, George Linde, and Naveen-ul-Haq. As per media reports, Naveen is set to switch from Texas Super Kings to MINY. George Linde, another South African who will join the MINY camp, after a successful SA20 triumph where he displayed his swashbuckling batting skills throughout the tournament and helped MI Cape Town to win the silverware.
In the ongoing Indian Premier League, Quinton de Kock is one of the main men for the Kolkata Knight Riders, who already played an unbeaten 97-run knock for the defending champion. de Kock, after retiring from international cricket, has solidified his name as a globetrotting T20 club cricketer. So far he has participated in 7 different club competitions.
Quinton de Kock played for Mumbai Indians in IPL back in 2019, 2020-21, and 2021. His most successful season with the MI was in 2019, where he scored 529 in 16 games; in the 2020-21 season, he scored 503 runs in 16 matches.
