Rajasthan Royals’ IPL 2025 jersey is inspired by the Vijay Stambh of Chittorgarh, a timeless symbol of strength and unity. It was built in 1448. The colour and imprinted design carry Rajasthan’s pride culture and legacy.
(Colour) The Iconic Pink: Serves as a promise to continue enabling empowered women while tying to Jaipur, the Pink City, where we step out for our fans.
(Design) Rooted in History: Built on strength, these motifs come from the Vijay Stambh, a tower built by Rana Sangha to celebrate victory over Mughal forces. Their triangular pattern represents the Rajput’s unity and never-say-die spirit in the face of any challenge.
Rajasthan Royals won the inaugural IPL title in 2008 under the leadership of legendary Shane Warne. After a long wait, they reached the Final in the IPL 2022, where they faced the IPL debutants Gujarat Titans and suffered a seven-wicket defeat to finish as the runners-up.
Sanju Samson is set to continue his leadership role for the IPL 2025, while Rahul Dravid has replaced Kumar Sangakkara for the head coach role, as the Sri Lankan is now the Director of Cricket in the team.
For the IPL 2025, Rajasthan Royals have some strong names like Wanindu Hasaranga, Jofra Archer, Shimron Hetmyer, Fazalhaq Farooqi, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Riyan Parag, Maheesh Theekshana, Sandeep Sharma, etc.
In the IPL 2025, Royals spent INR 12.50 crore on the English star fast bowler Archer, while the Sri Lankans Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana joined the team for INR 5.25 crore and INR 4.40 crore, respectively.
