The Royal Challengers Bengaluru vs Gujarat Titans (RCB vs GT) match will be played on Wednesday evening (April 1). The 14th match of the IPL 2025 will be hosted by the M Chinnaswamy Stadium (Bengaluru).
Both teams will play their third match of the season. While RCB won both their first two matches of the season, Gujarat Titans won once and lost once this season.
After thrashing the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders by seven wickets at their home in the first game of the IPL 2025, RCB thrashed Chennai Super Kings by 50 runs to end their long wait for a win against CSK in Chennai.
Meanwhile, Gujarat Titans started the season with an 11-run defeat against Punjab Kings in a high-scoring encounter, where the hosts GT just failed to chase the 244-run target. However, in their next game, Titans beat Mumbai Indians by 36 runs.

Three-time IPL runners-up RCB have managed a stormy start as both the hosts KKR and CSK were destroyed with the franchises' all-round performances. Now, RCB are ready for their first home game of the IPL season. While there is unlikely to be any significant changes in the playing XI, RCB may consider the leg-spinner Suyash Sharma’s selection for the venue, especially when they have the spinners like Krunal Pandya and Liam Livinstone.
On the other hand, Gujarat Titans are ready for their first away match in the ongoing IPL 2025. They have strong depth in batting and bowling, but the team management has to think about the inclusion of Glenn Phillips, which has been blocked for a short time due to Sherfane Rutherford’s firing 46 off 28 balls (four fours and three sixes) at a 244-run chase against Punjab Kings in their season opener.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru Predicted Playing 11: Virat Kohli, Phil Salt, Rajat Patidar (Captain), Devdutt Padikkal/Suyash Sharma (Impact Player Sub), Liam Livingstone, Jitesh Sharma (wk), Tim David, Krunal Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Josh Hazlewood, Yash Dayal
Gujarat Titans Predicted Playing 11: Shubman Gill (Captain), Sai Sudharsan/Prasidh Krishna (Impact Players), Jos Buttler (wk), Sherfane Rutherford/Glenn Phillips, Shahrukh Khan, Rahul Tewatia, Washington Sundar, Rashid Khan, Kagiso Rabada, Mohammed Siraj, R Sai Kishore
