Indian captain Rohit Sharma has been under criticsm after team India's defeat against Australia in Bgt after 10 years. Rohit Sharma is not only criticised for his captaincy. But due to drop in form and series of low scored in the series which really gave a heavy backlash to him. 

Major Dip In Form

Rohit batting form is in radar after the Odi world Cup which happened in India. Though it was a decent world Cup for him due to his But after that India  aspect as he always tried to play aggresively to provide a good start to the team. Unfortunately it was not the day of final India wanted, but heroics of Travis head hold the cup to Australia. But after that India were in huge drop. Losing the series against New Zealand after 23 years. His hitting abilities are still spot on but he has lacked in his timing. Once Rohit Sharma was known for his sheer timing. 

BGT Huge Loss

 Rohit made himself unavailable due to paternity leave due to birth of his second child. In absence of Rohit Sharma it was Bumrah who led the team brilliantly. In the second test Rohit was available but it was no sort of bad luck because he got got out cheaply in both the innings and with captaincy flaws were also seen. This same followed with next three tests, where there was no improvement in his and team performance. 

 At last he rested himself for the final test but it was too far for India to get a win.

Sunil Gavaskar Critisim

Sunil Gavaskar was through along the series with the broadcasting team. He was neither happy with Rohit Sharma decisions. He expressed his dissapointment over Rohit Sharma inconsistency  in key matches. He pointed out that while Rohit has been an exceptional player in limited-overs formats, his performances in Test cricket, particularly in the BGT, have sometimes been below expectations.

The criticism wasn't just about individual performances but also about how leadership and consistency at the top order are crucial in Test cricket, especially when facing tough oppositions like Australia.

Water Over The Head

A fair suggesstion is always understandable but due to unleash criticism it was water over head for Rohit Sharma. The aggrevation of Rohit Sharma complaining about Sunil Gavaskar came after the two shared the stage at the Wankhede Stadium during Mumbai Cricket Association's 50th-anniversary celebrations earlier this month.

Rohit Sharma thought that it was not necessary for Sunil Gavaskar to criticise him in that fashion, and that’s why he lodged a complained to the BCCI regarding this issue.
