After the WTC’s series cricket lovers are really excited about the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020 series which was initially going to be held in India but due to the second wave of Covid-19 in India, it must be shifted to another country.

Thus, ICC decided or confirmed on Tuesday that they have shifted the Upcoming ICC Men’s T20 world Cup to UAE and Oman which was not quite surprize but we were not expecting it so soon.
Additionally, they also announced dated for the tournament which is going to start from October 17 to November 14 which will be the Final and last day of this enthusiastic Tournament of eight teams.

This year the world fallen in the chaos of covid-19 and because of second wave emergence in India it is not possible to held in India and sources confirms that it was the main reason for this but,
Apart from those things the main fact remain that is BCCI was the Hosting the Tournament before shifting and now it will remain as host of this ICC Men T20 World Cup 2020 so BCCI decided four venues as follow-
1.Dubai international Stadium.
2.The Sheik Zayed Stadium
3.The Sharjah stadium
4.The Omen Cricket Academy
Including Eight Qualifying teams will be now split between Omen and UAE and four of these teams will then progress to the super 12s round where they’ll join eight automatic qualifiers and to say truly it is going to be more intresting than usual.

Afterall the upcoming tournament edition will be the First ICC Men T20 World Cup played since 2016- the west Indies crushed England in the Finals in India.
Eight Teams which are going to play qualify preliminary stage are as follow
1.Bangladesh 2.Sri Lanka
3.Ireland 4.Netherlands
5.Scoutland 6.Namibia
7.Oman 8.Papua New Guinea
Before they play-off stage and we will see the winner on the Day of Final on 14th November.
On this matter “Our priority is to deliver the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 safely, in full and in its current window,” said acting ICC CEO Geoff Allardice. “Whilst we are incredibly disappointed not to be hosting the event in India, the decision gives us the certainty we need to stage the event in a country that is a proven international host of multi-team events in a bio-secure environment.”
BCCI president Sourav Ganguly said “The BCCI is looking forward to hosting the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 tournament in UAE and Oman,” after that he Added “We would have been happier hosting it in India but considering the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 situation and the importance of a world championship, the BCCI will now continue to host this tournament in UAE and Oman.”
Which was the expected reaction from BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, also today India is going toward the path of recovery from Covid-19 effects but what waits ahead is still mystery to the whole world although despite the fact that Doctors are suggesting that third wave will be coming toward us with misfortune but let say we are on the path of recovery.
