Tilak Varma Climbs to Second in ICC T20 Rankings

Tilak Varma, who plays cricket for India, is now very good at hitting the ball with the bat and finishing the matches very well. Varma's in second place in ICC T20 Rankings .Varma did extremely well playing against the England team. Now, he might even become number one, beating Travis Head from Australia. 

Tilak Varma is doing really amazing in the cricket games against England. Varma didn't get out and made 72 runs in one game, and he got a substantial amount of  points 832 of them! Even though another player, Head, has more points than him by just 23, Tilak Varma could beat him if he plays two more great games with England. If he beats Head, he'll be the youngest player ever to be number one at this ICC Rankings.

That'll be even younger than Babar Azam, who did it when he was 23 years and some days old. Tilak has one of the highest scores ever for an Indian player in these short cricket games, with only three other players from India who have ever done better. Varma is showing us that India has a large amount of good Young players for cricket, and he might become one of the most important Players of India's team. Everybody is watching Tilak in these next two games. They want to see if he can get pass Head and be number one that would be really great.
