The second ODI between India and England is underway in full swing. Indian pace-bowling all-rounder Harshit Rana was the center of the attraction during England's first innings. His fielding lapse proved costly and resulted in four overthrows for England. Much to the displeasure of the Indian captain, Rohit erupted out of frustration and came down hard at the youngster.

Here is how the incident unfolded

The incident took place during the 32nd over of the England innings. Jos Buttler was facing up the Harshit Rana who ran in to bowl his seventh over. Rana landed the ball in the good length area around the stumps which was defended back by the English skipper. But in the heat of the moment, Rana quickly gathered the ball and threw the ball back at Buttler.

The throw was misguided and missed its mark by a long distance eventually beating the keeper and finding the ropes. Rana immediately realized that a mistake had indeed been committed. And right at that instance, Rohit reacted out of anger and started yelling at him. He could be heard saying "dimag hai ki nahi tere pass" which roughly translates to "do you have brains" in spoken English.

Joe Root (69 off 72) and Ben Duckett (65 off 56) were the stand-out performers for the tourists with the bat. At present, India lead the series 1-0 and are eyeing for the second victory in Cuttack tonight to clinch the series.
