Mumbai Indians nominated Rohit Sharma as their impact player for Monday's clash at home. As the five-time champions are looking to open their account after a horrific start to the season, Rohit was seen addressing the team huddle with a fiery pep talk.
Pandya won the toss, and MI decided to field first against KKR. Rohit Sharma has been named an impact player for the Mumbai Indians in their IPL 2025 match against Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium. So far in this season, Rohit has played this role in two of MI's first three matches.

In the much-awaited encounter, Rohit will not be there to help his captain Hardik Pandya when the Mumbai Indians bowl first. Rohit Sharma was used as an impact player in their opening game in Chennai, but the former captain was seen guiding Hardik Pandya when he was named in the playing XI in their second match against Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium.

Before the toss, Rohit Sharma delivered a fiery pep talk in the team huddle as the five-time champions aimed for their first win after a tough start to the season. Standing at the center alongside Mahela Jayawardene, he commanded the full attention of his teammates.
