The Wankhede Stadium will play host to one of the season's biggest matches on Sunday, April 20, when Mumbai Indians host Chennai Super Kings. Before the confrontation, MI's veteran player Rohit Sharma had this to say to Star Sports on facing MS Dhoni. "MS Dhoni has captained for so long. He's won so many matches and trophies. You can't relax when you're playing against him. Dhoni is not someone who lets the game drift. You have to stay alert the whole time," Rohit stated.

A Rivalry of Legends

This is an indication of the great regard between the two players. Dhoni is renowned for his ability to remain cool and make intelligent decisions when things are tense. Throughout the years, he has assisted CSK in winning numerous close matches using his calm demeanor and intelligent captaincy.

He is no longer captain and has been utilized as an Impact Player. In six games so far, he has only managed 82 runs with an average of 13.67. His best performance was against Sunrisers Hyderabad, where he scored 26 runs from 16 balls.
