Both the Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians are off to tough starts. They remain winless, and now one of them finally has a chance of getting their first points this season. Both sides have a lot of holes within, while their captains too have not been at their best, struggling to build on starts.
Date: April 11th 2023

Venue: Delhi
A warm evening is expected at Delhi.
The Delhi track is expected to be a little two paced but with small boundaries batting second remains a better option.

David Warner
David Warner has been among the runs but his strike-rate has been far from his normal style of play. Shots he normally would have smoked over the fence have now started to go along the ground with Warner struggling to find gaps. DC, for their fortunes will hope he finds his explosive touch once more as they struggle to find victories.
Rohit Sharma
A flat track and struggling bowling attack ahead leaves Rohit Sharma with a great chance of making an impact and reminding his worth as a batter in the IPL. He has the shots, his international form has been decent, and he will be waiting to play a good innings in a tournament which has not seen his impact in a while.

David Warner vs Jofra Archer: David Warner has been dismissed by Jofra Archer twice in the 2020 season, when they last faced off, and has shown that he struggles against the pace of Archer. With Archer not in full flow yet though it will be interesting to see if he can still get the better of Warner.
Given Delhi’s line-up, they do have a decent chance despite losing three games in a row. MI have struggled too, and their line-up does not look as promising as Delhi’s.
