Match 7 of the Women’s Premier League sees Delhi Capitals take on Mumbai Indians on Thursday evening at the DY Patil Stadium. It has been an excellent start to the campaign for both the Capitals and the Indians who have both won both of their fixtures so far. Delhi Capitals never looked like losing their last game and will be full of confidence ahead of this clash. They will need to be at their best again if they are to maintain their 100% record. Mumbai Indians may well have thrashed both of their opponents in the tournament so far but this will be a much tougher contest. However, they have the players in form to record another win.

Once again we saw another strong batting surface at the DY Patil Stadium in on Tuesday. We expect a par score to be at least 195 in this game.

This should be a cracking game between two sides who have begun this tournament in brilliant form. This game could well be decided by which bowling attack can take the most wickets and we think that Mumbai Indians’ spinners have more of a wicket-taking threat. We are predicting a very close contest with Mumbai Indians coming out on top and getting the win. Considering the team combination, Mumbai Indians Women is expected to win this match.
