The ICC Champions Trophy group stage is coming to an end, with Group A's final two teams already decided. With India and New Zealand having qualified for the semi-finals, the two teams, including hosts Pakistan, will play their final game against Bangladesh on February 27th at 2:30 p.m. at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. Pakistan was eliminated from the tournament after losing to India in the final. Pakistan batted first and scored 241 runs. Saud Shakeel fought the battle and scored 62 runs. India then managed to chase down the target thanks to Virat Kohli's century. Pakistan's hopes of qualifying for the semi-finals were dashed after suffering their second consecutive group-stage loss. Bangladesh's last game against New Zealand took place at the same venue. Bangladesh batted first and scored 236 runs for the loss of nine wickets. The pitch in Rawalpindi is typically well-balanced. The surface will probably to have grass, which will allow the ball to skid. The quicker bowlers will benefit early on, but they must bowl an effective line and length to put the batsmen under pressure.
Anything above 240-255 runs will be difficult to chase at this venue. The weather is expected to be clear, with temperatures ranging between 24 and 27 degrees.

Both teams are struggling with the ODI format, but Pakistan will be under a lot of pressure because the hosts have already been eliminated from the ICC Champions Trophy. It will be difficult for Bangladeshi bowlers to prevent Babar Azam, Rizwan, and Afridi on their home ground. The fact that Pakistan has won all three of its games against Bangladesh provides some hope. Considering the team combination, Bangladesh is expected to win this match.
