Gujarat’s bowling proves to be among the strongest yet again. they beat the Lucknow Super Giants after staring at defeat, finding a hero, this time in Mohit Sharma. Mumbai Indians too came very close to Punjab’s score, but failed to make a move ahead in the end with Arshdeep doing the job in the death overs for them.

A warm evening is expected at Ahmedabad.
The Ahmedabad Track is taking some swing early on but remains decent to bat on, and will be better for sides batting second.

Mohit Sharma
Mohit Sharma has come back to the IPL strongly. He has been finding his special hard length at the death. His variations are working nicely as he returns to his peak days where he was once a key bowler in the death for the Punjab Kings, and a key bowler up front for the Chennai Super Kings.
Rohit Sharma
A flat track and struggling bowling attack ahead leaves Rohit Sharma with a great chance of making an impact and reminding his worth as a batter in the IPL. He has the shots, his international form has been decent, and he will be waiting to play a good innings in a tournament which has not seen his impact in a while.

Mohammad Shami vs Ishan Kishan: Ishan Kishan has done a decent job negotiating Shami in the past. After facing 29 deliveries, Kishan is yet to be dismissed by Shami.
Gujarat Titans are the balanced side and are doing really well with the ball. Mumbai though has a habit of taking on and beating teams when they are on top, and that aspect of their side is tough to ignore.
