The second semi-final of the 2022 T20 World Cup sees India take on England in Adelaide on Thursday evening. India topped Group 2 with four wins and only one defeat from five games. England were one of three teams in Group 1 to end on seven points but qualified for the semi-finals on net-run-rate. India have been one of the most impressive sides in the competition so far and have match-winners across their team. They have a strong recent record over England and will be confident ahead of this game. England have not had their best year in this format but have suddenly found form over the last couple of months. They will need to put in their strongest performance of the tournament if they are to progress to the final.
