Netherlands’s only chance of putting up some points in the super 12 went down the drain when they lost the match to Bangladesh in their first game of the super 12 stage. They had the resources with the ball to restrict Bangladesh to a total which they could have chased but allowed them to score more than what they would have liked. Netherlands’s batting is their weaklink and it is going to be a nightmare for them tackle the quality Indian bowlers who have outstanding skills with the new ball. It was a big night at the MCG on sunday but now its over and the Indian cricket team needs to start afresh and not get overwhelmed by the situation.
India vs Netherlands – 23th Match
Venue: Sydney Cricket Ground,Sydney
Date & Time: 27th October at 12:30 PM IST
Live Streaming: Star Sports Network
The pitch at the Sydney Cricket Ground has so far been more batting friendly compared to the other Aussie pitches. It is a perfect wicket for cricket where batters, bowlers, both spinners and pacers get some purchase from the surface. Thus, the par score should go down a bit than normal. The par score is expected to be around 160-170 runs.
No Injury. Will be added when there is an update

After a nail-biting win against Pakistan, team India will be up against minnows Netherlands. They will look to carry their momentum and play aggressive cricket. India may rest a few players and give chance to others such as Pant and Chahal. The pace bowlers performed well against Pakistan and will look to continue with the same. The Netherlands reached the Super 12 stage after registering victories against UAE and Namibia. They lost the first match of the Super 12 round against Bangladesh by 9 runs. Considering the team combination, India is expected to win this match.
