The third and final ODI between Indian and South Africa takes place on Tuesday afternoon at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. India levelled the series at 1-1 with a seven wicket win in Ranchi on Sunday. South Africa had taken a 1-0 lead when they beat India by nine runs in the first fixture of the series. India returned to winning ways in this format on Sunday with a very strong batting display. Shreyas Iyer and Sanju Samson are in excellent form with Ishan Kishan’s 93 making them a very tough team to beat. South Africa put in another good performance with the bat in the second ODI but ultimately they did not get enough runs for their bowlers to defend. We expect them to again be very competitive in this match.

Although we expect the bowlers to get assistance from the pitch in Delhi, there are some very talented batters on both sides who will attack and put pressure back on the fielding team. As they have done throughout this series, we are again expecting a close match to finish. India is the narrow favourite to win this decisive game. With the series level at 1-1, this should be an excellent contest to decide matters. After South Africa won a tight match on Thursday, India were dominant in Sunday’s game. We are predicting another entertaining match with India getting the victory. Considering the team combination, India is expected to win this match.
