After a loss in their first game, Hobart Hurricanes will have the challenge of facing last years champions. The Perth Scorchers are a pretty settled unit who know their strengths and weaknesses well and look very comfortable as they always have.

Josh Inglis has enjoyed an extended run in the national team and is rising up the ladder among the leading wicket-keeping batters in the country. He is an asset in the middle-order and can be really consistent in T20 Cricket when he gets going.
Matthew Wade is in a similar position as Aaron Finch. His T20I future is uncertain but the ongoing season will allow him to understand if he has it in him to continue for a few more years or if his time is up.
