India are finding themselves in a series of issues. Their death bowling has been very poor while the fielding is not up to the mark. In the Asia Cup and now here, there has been quiet a few drop catches, while the death bowling has taken away wins that should have come easily. Without Jasprit Bumrah, there is a glaring hole in the side which is a huge concern. He is likely to come in for the upcoming game with India desperately having to work on their end overs bowling.
Australia’s bowling may have struggled but they come out with a lot of positives. Cameron Green passed the opening test, Aaron Finch started aggressively and Steve Smith produced a quickfire 35 to prove that he can bat quickly. Tim David is also off to a good start with a solid 18. He was overshadowed by Matthew Wade, who produced a blinder at number seven to win Australia the game. His innings in the end highlighted Australia’s batting depth, with Cummins still in the hut.

The skies are clear during the IND vs AUS fixture with some clouds and a lot of dew expected.
Nagpur has pretty big boundaries as well, but might not be as flat as Mohali. The pitch at Nagpur generally takes more turn and that could help sides batting first.
Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Rishabh Pant/ Dinesh Karthik, Deepak Hooda/ Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin/ Yuzvendra Chahal, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Umesh Yadav
David Warner, Aaron Finch, Steve Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Matthew Wade, Tim David, Cameron Green, Josh Hazlewood, Ashton Agar, Pat Cummins, Adam Zampa
Harshal Patel had a very harsh comeback. His 22 run over is starting to put a lot of doubts over his selection in Australia. However, it is forgotten that he is coming back from injury and will need time to settle in. He is still a pretty solid death bowler, and fans will hope he finds his wicket-taking ways in the upcoming games.
Matthew Wade walked in at number seven to kill another run chase. He is continuing to rise as a finisher for Australia, and makes the batting line-up look a lot deeper with his runs in the end. He is in solid form, and will be a vital cog for Australia in the back end of their innings.
