The Punjab Kings are ending up on the wrong side of some close games. Their line-up has shown fight despite some injuries and form concerns and the bowling is pretty promising as well. Results, though, are missing, with Punjab struggling to close out close games. For Kolkata, they will be happy with a break after being shocked by Jos Buttler a few nights ago. Their batting has been pretty good as well through the season while the bowling is a lot more solid with their spinners finding form.

Harshal Patel
Harshal Patel had a silent start to the IPL with. The last few games though has seen Harshal Patel quietly find his form in the death with Patel now equal with Bumrah on the wickets tally.
Mitchell Starc
Mitchell Starc’s strength of bowling full and targetting the stumps has not helped him too much. IPL’s most expensive buy, Mitchell Starc has not lived up to his reputation, looking very poor for most of the season.

Andre Russell vs Sam Curran: Andre Russell and Sam Curran hate bowling to each other by the looks of it. Both batters take a lot of runs of each other while they also tend to give wickets to each other in an interesting all-round battle.
KKR may back themselves here with their spin attack and a track that is taking turn fairly well.
