Islamabad United and Multan Sultans are fighting for the top two spot, and with Lahore in really good form these two sides could likely be fighting for the same spot. They have had some good performances but both sides will want to be more consistent in the upcoming games.

Played- 12 | Islamabad United- 5 | Multan Sultans- 7
Alex Hales, Paul Stirling, Rassie van der Dussen, Shadab Khan (C), Azam Khan (Wk), Faheem Ashraf, Asif Ali, Mohammad Wasim Jr., Tom Curran, Hasan Ali, Zeeshan Zameer
Shan Masood, Mohammad Rizwan, David Miller, Kieron Pollard, Khushdil Shah, Usman Khan, Usama Mir, Akeal Hossein, Sameen Gul, Shahnawaz Dahani, Ihsanullah
Mohammad Nawaz has had a good year as an all-rounder in limited overs cricket and is doing a fine job with both bat and ball. His ability in the middle-order and the control he provides with the ball in the middle-overs leaves him as a potential threat to be one of the more impactful players in the tournament.
Shan Masood looked promising as an opener in the opening game. His batting and the left-arm option he gives at the top leaves Multan and Pakistan too looking at new uses for Shan Masood.
Multan Sultans could be at an advantage with their skill and depth despite Islamabad being just as good in the current tournament.
