Sydney Thunder made their way through the Sydney derby with mature performances from their batters and a good bowling performance to defend a score slightly below par. Their games have been pretty good and their line-up is certainly settling in nicely.

Venue: Drummoyne Oval, Sydney
Clear weather and a nice morning is expected for the game.
The Drummoyne Oval hasn't seen too much Cricket this season and should be pretty fresh. Batting second on a good outfield and flattish track would be a better choice.

Chamari Athapaththu
The Sri Lankan captain is another player who is handy with both bat and ball. She is full of experience and while she didn't get off to a good start with the bat, her bowling is proving to be pretty useful.
Alana King
Alana King loved the new ball in the previous game. She started off with her leg-spin and looks pretty tough to pick with her subtle variations in pace.
