Pakistan are struggling. They lost two games after staying in the hunt till the last ball. Both defeats are likely to be as demoralizing as ever, and with the tournament heating up, a chance at the next round looks bleak for them. They still have South Africa to play, along with Bangladesh and Netherlands, but will also need a lot of results to go their way if they are to make the Semi-Finals. It is a really tough situation for them, and Pakistan are in for a challenging few days.
Netherlands are impressing. They had India struggling briefly in the first innings of the last game, and also did a fair job at patches in the rest of the innings. The batting is not as good as they’d like it to be, and that could be a major factor of concern for them in this tournament.
The weather is good and a full game is on the cards.
NED vs PAK Pitch Report
The Perth Track is bouncy and batting second is a better option.

NED vs PAK Key Players
Colin Ackermann
Colin Ackermann took Netherlands very close against Bangladesh. He batted with no support and almost took them over the line single-handedly. His innings though, highlights Netherlands batting depth, and he will be a key player for them given his form and start in the tournament.
Shan Masood
In both games the top-order failed to contribute, leaving Shan Masood with a job on hand. His selection for the World Cup was a little surprising initially, but he is proving his worth nicely with some solid performances in both games. He is saving the batting line-up, which is struggling for runs from both the top and middle-order, and will have a role to play in the upcoming games too.
