Its the second match of Champions Trophy where India are facing Bangladesh in Dubai International Stadium, Bangladesh has opted to bat first and they losted the wickets in a quick session where they lost 3 wickets in 50 runs. It was 20th over of the match where Kuldeep Yadav was bowling his first spell, it was the last ball of the over batter Zaker Ali lofted a shot over mid wicket which straightly went to Hardik Pandaya but he dropped the catch by force. It was just unbelievable scene in the stadium where Indian fielders dropping their second catch of the day. 

Both batsmans Towhid Hridoy and Zaker Ali were dropped at certain point which is proving costly to India because both the batsman has scored their 50s and moving on to big target. Now its upto time how much damage this batsman will do as already Bangladesh have scored 162 runs with the loss of 5 wickets. Hardik Pandya's Performance
Hardik Pandya proved himself to be crucial with the ball in the 2022 match. He took 3 wickets for 30 runs, breaking important partnerships and restricting Pakistan's scoring rate. The good pace and the use of variations in bowling allowed India to control the middle overs. His first crucial dismissals were of important Pakistani batters that resulted in reversing the momentum of the match in favor of India.India's chase of 160 runs started on a wrong note, losing early wickets. Hardik Pandya walked in at a critical stage and built a good partnership with Virat Kohli. They added 113 runs together, bringing India back into the game. Hardik played with maturity, rotating the strike and hitting boundaries when needed. His contribution of 40 runs off 37 balls provided solid support to Kohli, who played one of the greatest T20 innings ever.

While hosts India were struggling at 79/5 at one stage during the Pune T20I, Indian middle-order batters Shivam Dube and Hardik Pandya set an unforgettable partnership for the sixth wicket. They produced an 87-run partnership for the sixth wicket, which set a new record for the highest T20I partnership for fifth or lower wickets for any team against England.

The Indian duo broke the T20I partnership record of Australian cricketers Aaron Finch and Ashton Agar's 86-run sixth wicket partnership against England which was recorded during the 2018 Birmingham T20I.

Highest T20I partnerships for the 5th or lower wickets vs England

India scored 181/9 and won by 15 runs

With the help of the crucial partnership for the sixth wicket, India managed to reach a total of 181/9 in 20 overs. While Pandya scored 53 off 30 balls, Dube scored 53 off 34 balls. Dube later won the Player of the Match award for playing a heroic knock.

Later, in the second innings, Harshit Rana made his T20I debut after India used him as a concussion substitution for Dube, who got a hit on his helmet in the final over of the first batting. England were all out for 166 runs in the final over, as hosts India won the match and secured another T20I series with a 3-1 lead and one match to go in the five-match T20I series. 

Fearless India secured the home T20I series before the last game of the T20I series, as they beat England in the Pune T20I on Friday night and have taken a 3-1 lead in the five-match series.

After England captain Jos Buttler chose to field first at Pune, India scored 181/9 in 20 overs. In reply, England were all out for 166 runs in 19.4 overs, as India won the match by 15 runs.

Saqib Mahmood brought early blows

England got a great start as Saqib Mahmood was playing his first game and took three wickets in his first over as India were down to 12/3. After scoring 12 runs in the first over of Jofra Archer, Sanju Samson (1) and Tilak Varma (0) were dismissed in the first two deliveries of the second over of the innings, and skipper Suryakumar Yadav (0) lost his wicket on the last ball of the over as Mahmood finished the over with a maiden and three wickets. 

In the tough moment, opener Abhishek Sharma and middle-order batter Rinku Singh handled the situation strongly. However, both lost their wickets at crucial moments, as Sharma scored 29 and Singh scored 30 runs. 

While India were struggling at 79/5, Shivam Dube made a great comeback in the T20I side and Hardik Pandya set up a strong partnership. They had an 87-run partnership for the sixth wicket, the largest ever T20I partnership for the fifth or lower wickets against England.

Hardik and Dube scored 50s

After a cautious start, Hardik completed his fifty in 27 balls. The right-handed batter scored 53 off 30 balls with the help of four fours and four sixes before Jamie Overton dismissed him. Meanwhile, Dube took 31 balls to complete his half-century. Before he was run out on the final ball of the innings, the left-handed batter scored 53 off 35 balls with the help of seven fours and two sixes. While Dube got a hit on his helmet in the final over of the innings, India used a concussion substitute as Harshit Rana replaced the all-rounder, which has triggered a new controversy. It was Rana's T20I debut, which happened in a dramatic way.

Among the English bowlers, Saqib Mahmood took three wickets (3/35) and Jamie Overton bagged two wickets (2/32).

England were 62/1

In chasing, England got a great start as Phil Salt and Ben Duckett dominated the Indian bowlers. Indian bowlers seemed clueless to restrict Duckett, but on the final ball of the powerplay, Ravi Bishnoi dismissed the left-handed batter for 39 off 19 balls (seven fours and one six), as England scored 62/1. 

Opener Salt (23) and captain Jos Buttler (2) were dismissed quickly as Axar Patel and Bishnoi took the wickets, respectively, and the visitors were battling at 67/3.

Harry Brook's 50 went in vain

England were losing the wickets at regular intervals, while Harry Brook finally found his form despite not getting enough support from the other end. 

Firing Brook (51 off 26 balls; five fours and two sixes) completed his half-century in 25 balls but he threw his wicket on the next ball as Varun Chakravarthy once again won the battle against him.

In the last moment, Jamie Overton battled hard with his big shots. But his questionable no single theory, which was instructed by Adil Rashid, ended England’s last hope. 

Among the Indian bowlers, Ravi Bishnoi (3/28) and concussion-sub Harshit Rana (3/33) bagged three wickets each, and Varun Chakravarthy (2/28) got two wickets. 

While Mumbai will host the last game of the T20I series on Sunday (February 2), India have already secured the T20I series with a lead of 3-1.

Its been really a poor show by India in 3rd T20 which held in Rajkot. India Played brilliantly in their first 2 T20s, but the third one was quite mixed one. India won the toss and elected to bowl first. India bowled brilliantly till their 16 over then Livingston took the charge and gave a comfortable score of 179. In reply Indian openers crumbled at the start though good batting by Hardik Pandaya still India couldn't chase the target and lost by 26 runs.

India lost the match due to their slow approch in the second innings of the game where they lacked in chase despite being in the game till 15th over. 

England Good Batting At The End

India displayed a good bowling show where they removed Philp Salt in the second over itself. But Duckett went on going, though England lost wickets in regular intervals. Duckett went on to score a brilliant fifty. But after that every player crumbled. It was at the end where Liam Livingston came for rescue scoring 43 of 24 balls. England took charge after 16th over, where they put on to make a good score of 171.

Mohammad Shami was back after a long interval of injury break. Indian bowlers displayed a good show till 15th over but after that they strugged to find their line and length, they started to leak runs at the end which led England to put up a good score of 171.

India Poor Performance With Bat

 India went on to chase the target of 171 but it seemed they have lack in approch. Where India lost Sanju early who tried to apply pull shot but didn't get connected. The pace of the ball deceived him. Every batsman tried to imply the shot on the slowy pitch and got out cheaply. Hardik tried his best to get the command but couldn't hold on. Captain Surya poor form, Tilak getting out on spin which get back in to the stumps. Till 15th over India had the hope of chase but lack of intent at the later stages costed the match for India. 

Poor Intent

It was clearly visible that India were in lack of intent throught the game. At first innings they were unable to bowled out England despite having a good start. In the second innings same thing happened where started the innings poorly and later on they builded up but the intent was too conjusty, As everyone was trying to hit hard rather than understanding the nature of pitch. 

Misunderstanding The Aggressive Approach

Its ok to show the aggressive approach in a t20 game it is meant for it. But sometime you have to understand the nature of the game and how the game progress. At first innings India took out early  six wickets but after that they didn't went for the kill allowed England to score a decent total. In the second innings batsman were trying to hit the ball hard rather than understanding what the pitch is offering. England bowlers were consistent with their hard length deleviries making hard for the Indian batting. Which was later pointed out by the captain Surya Kumar Yadav.

India has many achievements in international cricket

Due to the gradual success of international cricket, the sport has become a symbol of the nation. Many Indians worship cricket and its players. Indians massively respect the Indian cricketers.

India made its international cricket debut in 1932. Under the leadership of Virat Kohli, India finished as the runners-up in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 and the inaugural ICC World Test Championship (2019-2021).

Meanwhile, under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, India recently won the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024. His leadership also experienced the runners-up journeys in the second ICC World Test Championship (2021-2023) and the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023.
