The Durban Super Giants (DSG) got an exciting victory by just two runs against Pretoria Capitals (PC) on Friday in an intense SA20 game at Kingsmead. PC nearly reached the goal, chasing a tough target of 209/4 set by DSG, thanks to an amazing start from Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Will Jacks, who put up 154 runs together at the very start. But in the end, they simply could not do it.

Gurbaz began things for the Capitals in a great way, scoring a really big 89 from only 43 balls, and he hit seven big hits that crossed the boundary without touching the ground. Noor Ahmad Sparks DSG’s Comeback

Noor Ahmad began DSG's comeback in the 13th by getting rid of Gurbaz, his teammate from Afghanistan, which ended their strong start. Also, in the 14th over, Chris Woakes took out PC's captain, Rilee Rossouw, who obtained only 1. Ahmad, with figures of 2 for 34, and Woakes, with 2 for 42, pressed on, taking down Jacks and Senuran Muthusamy (8), putting PC in a tight spot at 183/4 by the 16th over.

DSG needed to stop the Capitals from obtaining 14 runs in the last over to win. Their bowlers were really marvelous under pressure, giving up only one boundary and grasped an exciting win. The score was tied when Naveen-ul-Haq took out James Neesham for just 3 runs. Everyone thought Liam Livingstone would be the hero for the Capitals because he's a very strong batter.But, Keshav Maharaj, the head of DSG, demonstrated his skills and got Livingstone out when he had only made 13 runs.
