LNS vs MNR: Both teams are coming into the game after some tight matches of their own. LNS are pretty happy now after winning their close encounter, but MNR failed to close out a game that could have been theirs. It is still early days in the tournament, and with teams figuring out their line-ups, MNR will look threatening as the games move on.

Match: LNS vs MNR
Date: 8th August 2022
Time: 11:00 PM IST
Venue: Lords, London
The weather seems good at Lords for the LNS vs MNR fixture.
The Lords track is good for batting but the slope will definitely be a factor as bowlers try and exploit the uneven bounce associated with it. Batting first is a better option.
Zak Crawley, Dan Lawrence, Glenn Maxwell, Eoin Morgan, Ben McDermott, Kieron Pollard, Liam Dawson, Riley Meredith, Jordan Thompson, Brad Wheal, Chris Wood.
Jos Buttler (c,wk), Phil Salt, Laurie Evans, Wayne Madsen, Ashton Turner, Andre Russell, Jamie Overton, Ollie Robinson, Calvin Harrison, Matt Parkinson, Daniel Worrall
Leg-spin is always a wicket-taking threat in T20 Cricket. They have a lot of command and Matt Parkinson can do enough to create some damage out in the middle. He has been in the sidelines for England a lot, and has a lot of experience which will come good now that he has a chance to take centerstage.
With Maxwell, Morgan and Pollard, London has a lot of strength in that middle-order. A good start will allow them to make that middle-order look even more intimidating and that responsibility ideally falls on Zak Crawley. Crawley has been around the Test arena for a while but is yet to settle into the limited-overs squad. With an opportunity to set up an innings for the others, he has a chance to settle into a role that England can find useful in the coming years.

LNS has one of the more intimidating line-ups going around. There middle-order is full of aggressive hitters and the likes of Morgan and Pollard managed to tee off for a while in the previous game as well. With such power in the line-up they are easily ahead coming into the game unless the likes of Andre Russell can produce something special, which he can with ease.
