A significant number of franchises had to let go of some of the biggest match-winners over the years due to the limit of four players per team prior to the IPL 2022 mega auction. Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings are two of the most successful teams in the IPL. Since the players formed their core for years, letting go of a player must have been a difficult decision.

Nonetheless, teams still have a chance to bring back some of their trusted players when the IPL 2022 mega auction takes place in January. Among the major attractions for CSK over the years, veteran all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has pretty much confirmed his participation in the player auction.

”CSK has not retained me. However, I am 100% guaranteed to be in the auction. What I will end up with is a mystery. Everything will work out as it should. I am in the auction, so I could be picked up by any team.” ANI quoted Bravo as saying.

“I call MS Dhoni a brother from another mother. We’ve formed a strong friendship. Throughout my career, he has been a great supporter of mine. At CSK, we both contributed to making it one of the most dominant franchises, and our names will be etched in the record books forever. “Our friendship is our most valuable asset,” concluded Bravo.
