In match 62 of the Indian Premier League 2024, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) faced Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. DC skipper Axar Patel won the toss and opted to bowl first against the home side. RCB exhibited an impressive performance, posting a total of 187/9 on the scoreboard against the visiting team.
The visitors faced misfortune as they struggled to chase a target of 188 runs on the batting-friendly pitch of Chinnaswamy Stadium. Early wickets hindered Delhi Capitals’ efforts, despite notable performances from Jake Fraser-McGurk 21 (8), Axar Patel 57 (39), and Shai Hope 29 (23).
